We ship on Monday to Friday of every week. Unless there is a statutory holiday.
Depending on order volume your order will usually be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the first business day in which the order is received.
DUE TO COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS AND EXTREMELY HIGH ORDER VOLUMES DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON PROCESSING TIMES OF YOUR ORDER MAY BE LONGER THEN STATED ABOVE.
CANADA POST IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING LONGER THEN NORMAL DELAYS IN SHIPPING TIMES, ESPECIALLY TO THE EASTERN PROVINCES DUE TO FLOODING IN BC, COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS, EXTREAME WEATHER AND INCREASED VOLUMES.
THE US POSTAL SERVICE SEEMS TO BE OPERATING NEAR NORMAL DELIVERY SPEEDS FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR IN MOST CASES FOR OUR USA CUSTOMERS BUT DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19 PERCATIONS, HIGH HOLIDAY SHIPPING VOLUME AND WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE TO BE EXPECTED.

North America Shipping
- FREE tracked shipping on any order $19 or more!
Orders within the USA and Canada can take between 3-10 business days depending on distance, shipping provider volume and any customs or boarder delays.
- We now offer FREE SHIPPING to Australia and Western Europe on any order $39 or more!
- Your package will have a tracking number & approximately a 10-30 business day arrival time.
Kuma Sunglasses does not cover customs, duty, or import charges or fees. The purchaser is responsible for all such charges.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your merchandise for any reason, you may return the product within 15 days of receipt. We accept returns for refund or exchanges for all REGULAR PRICED ITEMS. ON SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the order was paid. Once we have received your return shipment please allow 15 business days for us to fully process your return.
All returns should meet the following criteria:
1. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt and be made with 15 days of purchase.
2. Kuma Sunglasses will not accept returns if:
- The item has obviously been abused and or misused.
- The item has been personalized or altered in anyway
3. No Shipping costs will be refunded for returns. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to the warehouse/address listed in the return instructions.
4. Kuma Sunglasses is not responsible for any taxes, duties or importing fees on any international orders.
If you need to return an item purchased, you must obtain an authorization number:Please email us via our contact page and briefly describe the issue and list items you are returning. We will provide you with a mailing address. Please pack all items being returned securely in the original packaging.
